		<description>I read here that "HEP is at high risk to see its journals canceled by large research libraries."  Can anyone document this?  I inquire because just this week, Robert Darnton of Harvard was quoted in "Inside Higher Ed" to the effect that arXiv is not leading to the cancellation of journals.  Perhaps these are not mutually exclusive statements, but I am confused.</description>
